Wanna be a Software Engineer At Jio?

What's the Bone of Contention when you wanna apply for a job?

What's that you prepare so hard consistently for?

That's the interview isn't it. So, being the center of the whole plot, it's the most important part that you should be focusing on, right from the start.

Cracking an interview is simpler than the process itself, provided you have the correct information and the right guidance. Here you are provided with the various processes which are conducted for hiring people at Jio.

The whole process is divided into two parts, that is The Test Part and the Interview Part:-

The Test Part: This basically consists of an Aptitude Test and an Objective Test. The Aptitude Test consists of 75 questions, time limit being 35 mins, with an average cut off  of about 60%. The Objective Test consists of 50 questions with time limit of 25 mins, the average cut off being about 50%.

Having understood the Objective Test, now what's the Objective of these tests?

It's an important question that will prove beneficial to jettison the credences you possess about these tests. They revolve around some points that the company wants to check in you, like your basic numerical and logical reasoning ability, language skills, etc.

Apart from these, the Test Part may in some cases may include Functional/Technical Tests or for leadership roles, Psychometric Tests can be expected.

The Interview Part: This simply consists of Two rounds, of approx. 20 mins each. The mode of conduct of these interviews is not at all guaranteed, just like Kohli winning a toss. But if you are well prepared then you will be the Boss. The possible ways in which this can be conducted are through Skype, Face to Face in nearest Jio office or  through Telephone.

The interview is quite intense, repleted with brainstorming questions to check your reaction ability and the way you react to new problems. You maybe asked about your hobbies, Projects, etc. You will have to present your original required marksheets during interview.

The whole interview process just checks your real abilities and the type of person you are, how much beneficial you would be for the company and would you be able to cope with the increasing amount of workload, and would you be able to hover through the sinuous process.
